Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Client Relationship Manager, based in the Belfast Metropolitan Area. The role entails managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing portfolio performance, resolving client issues, coordinating with internal teams, conducting financial reporting and budget management, and identifying opportunities for service enhancements. You will play a pivotal role in driving client engagement and supporting the company’s customer-focused mission.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in client relationship management, customer service, and account management
* Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution
* Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and project management
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
* Knowledge of property management or the real estate sector is an advantage
* Problem-solving abilities with a proactive and strategic mindset
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
