Your Impact
1. Turn strategy into results. Partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to convert headcount and growth plans into disciplined sourcing strategies, capacity models, and clear priorities by function, geography, and business need.
2. Lead and develop a high‑performing TA organization. Define the structure, training, metrics, and development plans that enable a globally dispersed team (US, India, Vietnam, Germany) to operate with consistency, pace, and pride.
3. Make recruiting predictable. Apply standardisation to scorecards, dashboards, and reporting that make the pipeline visible and the outcomes repeatable—so workforce planning is reliable and TA performance and contribution is unmistakable.
