Showroom Project Coordinator
Location: B&Q Yeovil
Contract: Permanent | Part Time – 30 hours per week
Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7.00am - 10.00pm
UK notional hourly rate: £14.10 per hour

Responsibilities
* Support showroom teams & installers with help and advice needed to deliver a seamless and professional service for customers.
* Communicate with customers via phone, email, or face to face to keep them up to date with their projects until completion.
* Use design software to bring customer projects to life, asking questions and exploring possibilities.
* Recommend the right finance, products, and installation options.
Qualifications / What We Need
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills, working closely with colleagues & installers.
* Motivated by targets, strong problem-solving and project management skills with a keen eye for design.
* Proficient in technology and design software.
* Flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
