Role Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in effectively running all store operations to ensure meeting or exceeding sales and KPI targets.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the Store Manager in effectively running all store operations
* Setting clear sales goals and tracking performances
* Creating a positive team culture through recruiting, training, and developing staff
* Building a motivated and high performing team
* Analysing sales data and financial reports to make informed decisions
* Acting as the point of contact for colleagues in the manager’s absence
* Providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally
Skills and Experience
* Previous supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced Retail/Customer Facing environment
* Passionate about retail and holding a good understanding of the latest trends and our competitors
* Previous experience of coaching and developing individuals
* Strong communication skills
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPI’s
