The position is primarily based out of Manchester, but applications for Northampton will be considered for the right person. The role will be predominantly office based. A degree of fieldwork will be expected as part of the role, and the amount of fieldwork required would vary depending on type and scale of the projects. As a guide, it is envisaged at least 80% of the role will be office-based.

The team believe in leadership at all levels, and supporting a diverse, supportive, and inclusive workforce. As a consultant, you will join the experienced team where continued professional development, training, and mentoring is integral to work. You would be expected to work across the breadth of the four main land contamination specialities (health, waters, permanent gases, and vapours), and be supported to work towards chartership and relevant RSoBRA accreditations to support your areas of interest and specialities as they develop.

Exeprienced required:
·Minimum 3 years in relevant industry
·A relevant degree
·A good understanding of land contamination risk assessment
·Proactive and positive attitude
·Problem solving ability
·Being inquisitive and with a desire to learn
·Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Benefits:
·Competitive salary with overtime pay
·25 days annual leave (full time employment entitlement) plus bank holidays
·Full or part-time working
·Private health insurance
·Paid travel and expenses
·Mentoring programme for progression to chartership
·Paid professional membership of a chartership body.
·Use of company vehicles for sitework
·Company profit sharing scheme
