Omnichannel Marketing Operations Senior Manager
Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for an Omnichannel Marketing Operations Senior Manager to join their team in Uxbridge on a full-time, 12-month temporary basis (35 hours per week - hybrid working). Please note that this is a technical production role, so someone seeking a strategic digital marketing position may not be suitable. Fluency in Spanish or Italian is highly desirable.
As an Omnichannel Marketing Operations Senior Manager, you will lead the delivery and optimisation of omnichannel campaigns, ensuring seamless customer journeys across multiple platforms. You will work closely with brand, digital, and IT teams to oversee campaign execution, technology integrations, and data-driven improvements, thereby enhancing engagement and supporting key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the end-to-end delivery of omnichannel campaigns, ensuring seamless execution aligned with brand strategies, quality standards, and deadlines.
2. Act as the central point of contact between strategists, brand teams, creative agencies, and vendors to facilitate efficient planning, production, and deployment of marketing assets.
3. Manage and optimise workflows, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple projects, leveraging Agile practices to improve speed and effectiveness.
4. Identify and implement improvements in production processes using data-driven insights and emerging technologies to continuously refine marketing operations.
Requirements
* Strong experience in digital marketing operations and omnichannel campaign management, preferably within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company.
* Confident project management skills, with experience coordinating resources, tracking budgets, and driving delivery across digital platforms and tools (experience with Veeva CRM, Workfront, JIRA, and SFMC is a plus).
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex processes while focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.
* Ability to thrive in high-energy environments, prioritise multiple tasks, embrace Agile methodologies, and use marketing performance data to inform decisions.
