Overview
Purely Care is looking for a Weekend Home Care Assistant who can provide exceptional care and support to elderly and disabled people in their own homes. The role is based in Norwich. No formal experience is required because full training will be provided to support you to develop as a Weekend Home Care Assistant.
Shift Details
As a registered care provider, we deliver care 7 days each week between the hours of 7 am–10:30 pm. This vacancy is to provide support at weekends. The shifts would be Saturdays and/or Sundays with mornings starting at 7 am and evenings from either 4 pm or 6 pm running through to 10:30 pm.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with personal care tasks such as washing and dressing
* Assisting with toileting
* Administering medication
* Food preparation and feeding if needed
* Light housework and laundry
* Providing companionship and engaging with clients to discuss their day
Requirements
* Live in Norwich
* Access to your own transport
* Valid UK driving license
* Passion for care, friendly disposition, and interest in others
