Now, we’re looking for a Strategy Lead ready to turn our clients’ ambitions into growth.
What You’ll Do
This role sits at the heart of our client relationships, aligning people, platforms, and performance to deliver measurable results.
You’ll lead strategy across ecommerce platforms, guiding clients toward better decisions through data, process, and purpose.
Your week might include:
* Running strategy and roadmap sessions with clients
* Turning analytics into action using GA4 and Looker Studio
* Shaping onboarding and growth strategies for long-term retainers
* Collaborating with delivery teams to ensure every project adds measurable value
* Representing Rixxo at industry events and partner sessions
About You
You’ll have:
* 5+ years in ecommerce strategy, client consulting, or digital transformation
* Hands-on experience with B2B ecommerce platforms and integrations
* A strong commercial mindset — confident shaping strategy and influencing outcomes
* The ability to lead discussions from C-suite to delivery team
* Familiarity with Asana, Confluence, or similar work management tools

* Client growth and retention
* Year-on-year revenue increase across managed accounts
* Strategic upsells and new opportunities sourced through your leadership
* Consistent delivery of actionable client insights and analytics dashboards
Our Process
We take hiring seriously and thoughtfully.
1. First Round Interviews – w/c November 7th. A structured conversation focused on your experience and approach to ecommerce strategy.
2. Strategy Task: A short, practical exercise that demonstrates how you’d tackle a client’s strategic challenge. You’ll be given clear context and time to prepare.
3. Second Round Interviews – w/c 27th of November - You’ll present your task and join a deeper discussion on your methods, leadership style, and commercial impact.
