The Role:
You will be responsible for handling a book of small renewals each month. Our customers have individual needs and require bespoke policies to meet their unique circumstances, which will involve liaising with insurers to provide the best solutions. You will spend most of your time on the phone speaking to existing customers and insurers, guiding them through their renewal journey. It’s a fast-paced environment, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Training
* 6-week training plan
* Ongoing training via monthly 121’s, team training, and external support
* Continuous development through an industry-recognized training system, with at least one course per month covering relevant insurance regulations
* Support to complete industry qualifications if desired
Key Responsibilities:
* Renew commercial insurance products
* Upsell and cross-sell at every opportunity
* Identify and maximize sales opportunities, overcoming objections to close sales
* Embrace and uphold company values by incorporating the Customer Charter promises
* Work towards targets and SLAs
