What you' bll be doing
Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate ER Hub delivery against agreed SLA
* Ensure cases and queries are handled promptly, consistently and commercially
* Oversee service quality including call listening, SLAs, feedback and system usage
* Lead on effective use of the case management tool and audit processes
* Use ER and MI data to identify trends and recommend actions
* Influence stakeholders and shape HR policies, processes and governance
* Support the implementation of the ER operating model
* Lead ER Hub initiatives and improvement projects
* Manage escalated ER issues including Speak Ups and ET cases
* Enhance customer experience through consistent, simplified ER processes
* Contribute to developing manager capability across the business
Essential Skills & Experience
* CIPD–qualified with strong, solid, senior, demonstrable ER experience
* Previous line management experience
* Experience of autonomously and pragmatically managing complex cases up to and including tribunals
* Experience of working with Trade Unions
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive action
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Resilient and calm under pressure
* Confident decision–maker with the ability to provide objective challenge
* Experience reporting and interpreting ER MI and governance data
* Project management experience
