DIGITAL PARTNER ACCELERATION – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE – APJ DIGITAL HUB Role Description Customers now favor modular, self-education, remote interactions, and digital self-service before vendor engagement. The APJ Digital Hub is pivotal in aligning with these trends, expanding our reach, and enhancing digital customer experiences at scale with our valuable partners. The Digital Partner Acceleration is a dedicated team within APJ Digital Hub prioritizing SAP E2E Digital Specialization from Digital Hub Services on Demand Gen campaign execution and business development to Partners & Partner Business Managers, thereby improving customer engagements and territory coverage with the Digital Hub Franchise. This role provides cross-function support to Partner Ecosystem Success organization, offering incremental digital exposure to our vibrant SAP partner ecosystem. As a Business Development Associate in Digital Partner Acceleration, your primary duty is to guide partners in leveraging Digital Hub services to scale their digital demand generation. You will assist partners to expand their digital impact, leading to joint success for SAP and our partners’ business. Your responsibilities involve advising partners and partner business managers on digital initiatives such as outbound campaigns, digital marketing, microsites, and partner-led campaigns. You will offer digital engagement strategies in partnership with the Partner Sales Team, utilizing SAP's digital tools, techniques, and content to empower partner reach and goal attainment. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS Be the bridge between the Digital Hub and partners to jointly scale partner-led business Provide guidance to Partner Business Managers and partners on digital demand generation, equipping them with digital tools and recommended campaigns for their territories Provide guidance to Partner Business Managers and partners on Marketing Development and Business Development Fund investment areas Be aligned with the Partner Business Development and Partner Marketing teams to support the execution of ongoing partner-led digital campaigns Be aligned with Partner Recruitment and Partner Activation team to equip new partners with digital capabilities Develop new packages dedicated to accelerating digital demand generation with partners Assist partners to adopt and deploy the latest marketing and outbound tools, tailor made for digital engagement CAMPAIGN EXECUTION & LEAD MANAGEMENT Assist in planning digital engagement and outbound activities to generate opportunities with partners Align with Digital Hub and Partner Ecosystem colleagues for most effective territory planning and execution, covering all routes to market Regularly review lead pipeline and progression with Partner Business Managers. Proactively give qualitative and quantitative feedback on campaigns using standard procedures and reports Work Experience 1-3 years’ relevant experience in B2B Demand Generation, Sales, Marketing, or Operation Support function in a software sales organization Aspiration for a career in Business Development, Sales, and SAP Digital Effective communication and strong presentation skills with business level English Bachelor or equivalent business experience We build breakthroughs together SAP innovations help more than 400,000 customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
