What You'll Be Doing: Delivering high-quality anaesthetic care across a varied and complex caseload Supporting patients throughout their perioperative journey Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care Promoting best practice in safety, infection control, and clinical excellence Contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives What We're Looking For: HCPC or NMC registration (ODP or RN) Experience in Anaesthetics and Recovery (preferred) Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to continuous learning and professional development IELTS 7.0 English language level (if applicable) Shift Pattern: Monday to Saturday Theatre hours: 07:30 to 20:30 with on-call duties Why Spire Wellesley?
