The Details You Need
Location: Edinburgh – 4 Queen Street, Hybrid (3 days in the office)
Salary: Up to 52K + up to 10% company bonus

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
As a Squad Manager, you’ll be a mix of Project Manager, Product Owner, and Business Analyst—the glue that holds the squad together. You’ll be at the heart of Agile project deliveries, working closely with clients, mastering Agile practices, and steering our talented teams across a variety of exciting projects.
This role is more than just managing tasks—it’s about building bridges. You’ll translate client needs into actionable Agile stories, foster strong relationships, and ensure projects are delivered with pace, precision, and impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Coordinating Agile project deliveries and ensuring seamless execution
2. Acting as the key link between clients and teams, turning needs into deliverables
3. Driving Agile best practices, keeping squads on track and motivated
4. Managing stakeholders, balancing priorities, and keeping expectations aligned
5. Solving problems on the fly, ensuring projects stay on time and budget
6. Building and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability

1. Experience in tech-heavy industries like hospitality, fintech, or e-commerce.
2. A background in cloud platforms, CI/CD processes, and modern development methodologies.
3. Familiarity with .NET, React, Vue.js, Azure, and API-driven platforms.
