Base Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 per year
OTE: £62,000 – £70,000 (Uncapped)
Car Allowance: £6,000

The Role
As a Field Sales Executive, you'll work closely with our Field Sales Manager and become part of our BT Local Business team, representing the BT brand across your territory (North Wales). You'll complete comprehensive BT and on-going training, gaining a globally recognised qualification to sell BT's full product portfolio and tailor solutions to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with our large desk-based lead generation team to manage qualified, pre-booked appointments
* Attend face-to-face meetings and online webinars with prospects
* Engage with senior decision-makers (owners, MDs, FDs)
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Sell the full range of BT products and services, with a focus on up-selling and cross-selling
* Accurately record activity using Salesforce CRM
What We're Looking For
* A driven, confident, and proactive sales professional
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Proven ability to meet targets in a high-pressure, fast-paced sales environment
* Minimum of 2 years' B2B sales experience (preferred)
* Experience in telecoms or IT sales is highly desirable
* A full UK driving licence is essential
