As a Chef, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality food experiences within a Defence environment. You'll be part of a team that takes pride in producing great food, maintaining excellent standards, and supporting a busy, fast-paced operation.

What You'll Be Doing Prepare and cook high-quality food that meets client and customer expectations
Support the delivery and development of menus and food concepts
Identify opportunities to improve food quality and service delivery
Listen and respond to customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and organisation
Monitor stock levels and support inventory management
Ensure full compliance with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety regulations
Represent the brand positively within a Defence environment
You'll Be a Great Fit If You... Are passionate about food quality and customer experience
Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent (or relevant experience)
Have experience working as a Chef in a similar environment
Have experience supervising or supporting team members
Hold a valid Food Hygiene certificate
Are flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, operational setting
