Overview
HRBP - Advisor Team Leader, 12 Month FTC. Hybrid role based at the York Central Support office; part-time hours (e.g., school hours or 3 days per week, 60%).
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the HR Advisors team to provide a professional first point of contact for operational HR queries.
* Coach and support the HR Advisor team in case management, liaising with HR Business Partners to ensure accurate support and progression of Employee Relations matters through to resolution.
* Monitor, review, and update HR policies to ensure they are fit for purpose and compliant with current legislation.
Qualifications
* Experience providing first-line advice and support to managers on Employee Relations issues, with relationship management and influencing skills.
* Comprehensive HR administration knowledge and experience.
* Collaborative team member who can work closely within the team and with internal and external stakeholders.
* CIPD qualification at L5/L7 is required, with experience in practical application of employment legislation.
