Account Manager – Renewable Heating Solutions
Location: Exeter (Hybrid)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Base Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience) + Benefits
Bonus Scheme: Company performance‑related pay plan with uncapped earning potential. On‑target earnings (OTE) of approximately 12% of base salary, with the opportunity to earn more based on performance.

What You’ll Do
* Build and maintain strong relationships with installers, clients, architects, and stakeholders.
* Identify and qualify GSHP opportunities, presenting Kensa’s technical and commercial advantages confidently.
* Prepare accurate proposals and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
* Ensure smooth project handovers to technical and manufacturing teams.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline effectively.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to support installer onboarding and customer success.
* Represent Kensa at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events across the UK when required.
* Continuously develop your technical knowledge of GSHP systems and funding routes.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in sales or account management within a technical environment or a strong background in the heating, plumbing, or renewable energy sector with transferable skills and a desire to develop commercially.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills for varied audiences.
* IT proficiency (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems.
* A proactive, adaptable mindset and passion for sustainability.
* Strong problem‑solving skills, creativity, and a results‑driven approach.
