Position: Commercial Pilot
Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: $90–$160/hour
Location: US, UK, or Canada
Duration: 3–4 weeks
Commitment: 15+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
* Design questions related to your occupation as a Commercial Pilot for a leading AI company.
* Work independently and asynchronously to fit your schedule.
* Ensure the quality and relevance of questions to improve AI model training.
* Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance project outcomes.
* Use your professional experience to contribute to AI development.
Qualifications
Must-Have
* 4+ years full-time work experience as a Commercial Pilot.
* Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
* Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no chromebooks).
Compensation & Legal
* At-will contractor to Mercor.
* Paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
* Industry-standard compensation expectations.
* Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
