The Role |
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You should be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about supporting their team and maintaining high standards
* Is ready to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members
* Understands food safety, health and safety standards, and financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
