Our client is looking for an Immediately Available Motor Claims Handler for a fully remote temporary UK role.
You will need:
1. Proven experience managing motor claims, including repair, capture, intervention, third-party, and property damage.
2. Knowledge of MOJ and OIC processes.
3. Strong background in credit hire negotiations.
4. Ability to manage claims end-to-end ("cradle to grave") with attention to detail and service excellence.
5. High standard of customer service and stakeholder engagement.
6. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, able to work effectively to system-driven SLAs and workflows.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
9. Minimum of 5 years' experience in motor claims (commercial or personal).
10. Experience in fraud investigation within the motor sector.
11. Expertise in credit hire negotiation.
12. Ability to manage delegated authority and align with client philosophies.
13. Cert CII qualification.
14. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions in line with policies and procedures.
