About the role
* The role will focus on researching, analysing and executing the firm's investment and advisory mandates across a variety of geographies and sectors. The candidate will be involved across all aspects of the business, working directly with senior team members to assist with: research and evaluation of investment and advisory opportunities, deal execution, portfolio monitoring and management.
* Primary day-to-day duties and responsibilities will include: detailed market and sector research, competitive landscape analysis, in-depth company evaluation including financial and commercial due diligence, financial modelling and valuation work including DCF and comparable company analysis using relevant market data tools, transaction process management including working jointly with external advisors, drafting of investment committee memoranda and deal-related documentation, and drafting of company marketing presentations.
* The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years’ of experience at a bulge-bracket or leading boutique investment bank with a desire to join a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
