No previous experience in Academy administration? No problem We provide full on-the-job training – all you need is excellent administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and confidence using Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
What You'll Do:
* Be the first point of contact for student queries via email and phone.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records using our database systems.
* Support Student onboarding, course engagement, and communications.
* Engage with students in an online space with our learning platform and Zoom
* Assist with reporting and data management using Excel and CRM tools.
* Work closely with other team members to coordinate student engagement activities.
* Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What We're Looking For:
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Confident communicator – both written and verbal.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Friendly, reliable, and willing to learn – we'll support you every step of the way.
* Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
