The successful candidates will report to the Regional Operations Manager and participate in our two-year Graduate Development Programme, starting September 2025, to develop technical, interpersonal, commercial, and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Learn and understand the operation and maintenance requirements of mobile and fixed plant and equipment
* Participate in process projects aimed at sustainability and efficiency improvements
* Prepare technical drawings and documentation
* Maintain and improve health, safety, and environmental standards
* Coordinate and oversee maintenance and upgrade operations under management guidance
* Communicate effectively with employees and contractors
Candidate Requirements:
* Relevant third-level qualification in Electrical / Building Services / Automation Engineering or similar
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Clean driving license
* Good interpersonal skills
* Proactive, organized, results-driven, and self-motivated
* Knowledge of electrical codes and standards
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to meet strict deadlines
* Strong computer literacy skills
* Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software (training provided if needed)
