We require a Contract Specialist to join us on a permanent basis, at our Cirencester site.
What You'll Be Doing
1. First Point of Contact for Customer to resolve escalations and complaints.
2. Hold weekly meetings with the Customer to unlock issues.
3. Attend Monthly and Quarter meetings with Account Manager/Director.
4. Key point of contact for the Account Managers/Directors and performance issues.
5. Oversight of all work orders and manage key problems.
6. WIP – work with the Team Manager and Account Manager on problem work orders.
7. Working with the Account Managers and Helpdesk teams, monitor performance
8. Ensure regular Performance reviews are carried out with both Internal Stakeholders and Subcontractors.
9. Interaction between business functions when operating to the above.
10. General – to provide insight and trends to the Account Manager.
11. Continuously review systems, processes, and procedures to ensure, integrity, and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
When you join us, you’ll receive:
12. Salary: Circa £31,000 per annum
13. 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets
