Job Description Responsibilities You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes: Lead and manage a team of SOC Supervisors and Operators Oversee CCTV and Fire Control operations across multiple sites. Respond to and resolve security incidents with professionalism. Deliver timely and accurate incident reporting to stakeholders. Monitor call management and ensure industry-leading service levels. Identify trends and implement progressive improvements. Liaise with clients on SOC technology and operational matters. Conduct drills, scenario testing, and team evaluations. Train SOC staff on standard operational procedures Ensure SIA compliance and manage performance reviews. Recognise achievements through internal awards. Support recruitment and maintain staffing levels. Manage overtime, sickness, and annual leave planning. Coach and mentor team members for growth and development. Review and streamline processes across all locations. Collaborate with stakeholders and support senior management.
