*

Lead the identification and implementation of improvement initiatives across all project stages.

What You’ll Bring

*

Proven experience in developing and managing complex construction and FM programmes - incl a knowledge of CDM

*

Experience in programme and project planning roles within construction or FM environments.

*

Health & Safety certification (e.g. IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS).

*

Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and Visio.

*

Strong background in change management and process improvement.

*

*

Minimum HNC in Building, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering — or a relevant degree.

*

Ability to achieve enhanced DBS and DV security clearance as required.
