This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take ownership of water hygiene operations, lead a team, and support the continued growth of a respected compliance organisation. This hybrid position involves a blend of office, home, and onsite work and will require travel to client sites across the UK and Europe, including some overnight stays. Key Responsibilities * Manage and oversee Water Hygiene operations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards. * Lead, support, and develop the water hygiene team through effective supervision and performance management. * Attend sales appointments and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. * Identify opportunities to upsell services and produce accurate quotations. * Schedule and book in work, ensuring efficient delivery and high service standards. * Produce reports and documentation as required. * Collaborate with internal teams to maintain workflow and operational effectiveness.
