We are assisting an established, fast‑moving DTC e‑commerce business in their search for a commercially astute, e-commerce proven Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day performance across a multitude of platforms. This is a key leadership position within the business, suited to someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
What You’ll Lead
* You’ll play a central role in guiding the business through its next stage of growth:
* Strengthening customer retention, repeat purchase rate, and customer lifetime value
* Working closely with the Founder to ensure marketing, fulfilment, and service all align with revenue, margin, and ROI targets
* Monitoring and optimising core commercial KPIs, including AOV, ROAS, conversion rate, and contribution margin
* Overseeing fulfilment, logistics, customer service, and stock management
* Leading and developing a UK‑based team of six while acting as General Manager for all day‑to‑day business operations
* Enhancing systems and processes to improve delivery speed, service quality, and operational efficiency
Who are we looking for?
You bring solid experience from e‑commerce, DTC, or a commercially focused leadership role. You’re analytical, commercially minded, and confident making decisions that drive performance. You know how to lead people, manage KPIs, and build structure without slowing momentum.
Experience in beauty, fragrance, FMCG, subscriptions, or loyalty models is a welcome bonus — but not essential.
