Our established client is keen to recruit an Operations Administrator to join their small team
Responsibilities:.
* Day to day activities include phone and email communication with clients and customers.
* Compiling reports
* Provide Management Information Statistics from weekly figures.
* Occasional off Site client Meetings, possession of clean driving licence is a pre-requisite.
* Raising invoices to customers.
* Credit checking of new customers
* Provide support and cover for colleagues.
The Person:
* Previous experience, within a similar role in a commercial environment
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to converse with a diverse audience
* Excellent organisational skills with the proven ability to multi-task
* Good influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to motivate a small team
* Someone who has a desire to succeed and are always willing to ‘go the extra mile’
* Parking On Site
* Working hours 9:00 to 5:00, Monday to Friday
