We are looking for a creative individual who can produce content for multiple channels, including our company intranet and website, and will take the lead with administration work. Training will be provided.

About The Role
Main Duties
* Writing copy for a variety of formats
* Manage updates to the website and intranet via CMS
* Work with agencies to produce adverts, brochures, and video
* Updating company’s social media channels
* Assist with email and printed mail shots
* Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions
* Liaise with photographers to organise photo shoots
* Media monitoring – traditional and new media
* Manage photo libraries
* Conduct market research when required
* Ordering corporate gifts when required
* Department administration work
* Support the Marketing Department in other day‑to‑day activities

Required Criteria
* Candidates should hold a marketing/media related degree or have proven skills in these areas
* Creative individual, with the ability to manage customers’ expectations
* Skilled in Microsoft Office
* Team player, with strong organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
Desired Criteria
* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT
* Use of Adobe software – a distinct advantage
