What you’ll do:
* Oversee the smooth running of the Mess, managing your team and ensuring top-notch service for members and military personnel.
* Ensuring adherence to Food safety, Hygiene and Compliance.
* Supervise, train and support front-of-house staff.
* Assist in stock control, ordering, and inventory checks.
* Assist with scheduling and rota planning.
* Organise and deliver hospitality functions and formal dinners.
* Handle reception duties, cash management, and company paperwork.
* Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues effectively.
What we’re looking for:
* UK residency for the past 3 years and eligibility to work in the UK (security checks required).
* Previous customer-facing or food service experience is desirable (training provided)
* Must be over 18.
* Operations administration and ability to work under pressure.
* Computer literacy and strong organisational skills.
