Driver Hire Ashford & Canterbury is currently recruiting for Refuse Loaders to work with our client based in Canterbury. This is an active, outdoor role perfect for those who enjoy working as part of a team and are comfortable with physical work.
Key Details:
* Start times: Typically 06:45 15:15 (end times may vary)
* Shifts: Booked on a day-to-day basis
* Location: Canterbury (within walking distance of Canterbury East station)
* Parking: On-site parking available
* Induction & Training: Full induction and training provided (planned for w/c 2nd June)
What Youll Be Doing:
* Working as part of a team, following a refuse vehicle on foot
* Collecting and loading household waste and recycling into the dustcart
* Operating bin lift machinery
* Performing banksman duties to assist with safe vehicle manoeuvring
* Ensuring safe working practices and interacting politely with the public
