About the Role
Were looking for a proactive and detail-orientedLogistics Administratorto join our client, working for a leading organisation based inAppleton Thorn. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of their logistics and operations function. You will work within a fast-paced FMCG environment, managing data, customer orders, and supporting planning and stock control functions across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders using our in-house system
* Assist with daily planning operations
* Generate stock intakes using templated reports
* Manage delivery intake bookings and create intake paperwork
* Professionally handle telephone duties and customer queries
* Maintain accurate electronic filing records
* Input and manage data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
* Generate using client-based platforms
* Investigate and resolve stock adjustments with commentary and root-cause analysis
* Support IT setup for new clients and maintain relevant logistics data
* Contribute to stocktaking, PI, analytics, KPI and MI reporting
