Overview Of The Role
The role of the Domestic Assistant is to undertake a range of cleaning duties to a high standard throughout the home.
Responsibilities
* Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the home, especially within the kitchen and storage areas
* Ensuring all work surfaces and floor areas are clean and managed
* Hoovering, washing, polishing etc. in all areas, including the residents\' bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas
* Identifying future regular cleaning and maintenance needs
* Identifying future resources and equipment needed for the home
* Operating within all Company policies and procedures
* Demonstrating our values
* Getting to know the people we support and enabling them to live a safe, happy and fulfilling life through developing open, honest and considerate relationships

Where will you work?
Holly Lodge is located in the New Forest, near Lymington, and supports up to eleven men and women with learning disabilities and autism. The home offers a large shared lounge, activities room and en-suite bedrooms with ongoing refurbishments. It provides a busy, supportive environment with 24-hour staffing and in-house positive behaviour support.
