Operations Administrator Were looking for an organised and motivated Operations Administratorfor a leading engineering company based in Southampton. Introduction This is a fantastic opportunity to support the smooth running of the site's manufacturing operations, working closely with the Operations Lead to keep production, sales orders, and customer requirements on track. Responsibilities Process and update sales orders in the ERP system with accuracy. Assist with planning and scheduling calibration, repair, and production work. Arrange freight and dispatch to ensure goods reach customers on time. Support procurement by raising material and equipment requests. Provide timely updates on job progress and communicate across departments to keep workflows moving smoothly. Ideal Skills & Experience Confident IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience in order processing ( ERP knowledge is an advantage). Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Positive, proactive attitude with great customer service skills. Salary - £ 26K Hours - Monday to Friday - Days Benefits 22 days holiday plus bank holidays. Company pension scheme.
