Key Responsibilities
* Process Optimisation and Improvement:
* Design, implement, and continuously refine performance management processes and frameworks across the organisation.
* Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement using data-driven analysis and process mapping techniques.
* Lead cross-functional projects to streamline operational workflows, reduce cycle times, and improve service delivery.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to align process improvements with strategic objectives.
Reporting and Performance Insights
1. Work with the HR Reporting team to create and monitor performance reports.
2. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics dashboards to track team and organisational performance.
