Thrive Education is delighted to be supporting a welcoming, community-focused primary school in Gloucestershire in their search for a dedicated Year 1/2 Teacher for a long-term position starting January 2026.

The Role
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic teacher to join the team and take on a Year 1/2 class from January to July 2026.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons
Supporting pupils of mixed abilities with warmth and patience
Working collaboratively with a supportive staff team
Contributing to the school’s positive, values-driven culture
This is a full-time position and would suit a teacher who is passionate about early primary education and building strong relationships with pupils and families.
