SHEQ Business Partner - Midlands & National Services
Location: UK / Flexible (Within travel distance of Coventry HQ)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent - Monday-Friday
Make a meaningful impact at the UK's leading green services company. Due to internal promotion and continued growth, idverde is looking for a proactive and driven SHEQ Business Partner to support our operations across the Midlands and beyond.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SHEQ professional to join a fast-paced, multi-site organisation where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in driving health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across a diverse portfolio of services - from landscaping and grounds maintenance to traffic management and civil engineering.
Reporting to the Head of SHEQ, you will:
* Help operational teams meet their legal, regulatory, and SHEQ responsibilities.
* Be the main contact for incident and accident reports and assist with investigations.
* Lead and support the internal audit programme in your region.
* Ensure consistency and drive improvements across our Integrated Management System (IMS).
* Work across different contracts and sites, balancing office planning with on-site audits and coaching.
What We're Looking For
* NEBOSH General Certificate or similar Health & Safety qualification.
* Solid knowledge of ISO/OHSAS management systems and CDM regulations.
* Experience in a similar SHEQ role, ideally across multiple sites or in the field.
* Auditing qualification in Quality, Health & Safety, or Environmental systems.
* Self-motivated, flexible, and a "can do" attitude.
* Strong communication and IT skills.
* Experience in landscaping, highways, construction, or environmental services.
* Recognised training or coaching qualifications.
