About the Role - This is a three (3) month contract to support with a new hiring project. In this role, you will act as Talent Acquisition Sales Specialist, as part of the sales team EMEA. Your focus will be mostly on Field Sales but also some Digital Sales. You’ll be part of a Global Talent Acquisition team.
Responsibilities - Daily, you will work on your assigned vacancies, posting jobs, delivering intake sessions, managing end-to-end recruitment cycle process. You’ll assess your internal clients with the best strategy and approach to each recruitment process. You’ll also add value and work closely with our Employer Branding and Marketing team, Advisory Board, Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Belonging team and Global TA Operations. Optimism, resilience, organization and ‘passion for people’ are must-haves in this job.
* Required Skills
* At least 3 years of proven experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Executive Search with at least 1 year of them being in Sales Hiring (Digital Sales, Field Sales, Business Consultant, SDR, KAM)
* Ability to work in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment
* High organization and communication skills. Client-focused and results-oriented.
* Resilient, autonomous and flexible.

* Positive Self-Starter. You are proactive, hands-on, and resilient. You manage your time and work autonomously, always relying on the team if needed. You participate actively in all initiatives of Global Talent Acquisition.

You have an impressive way of organizing yourself as to not leave candidates unattended or without response.
* Trusted advisor: you’ll be a great business partner to your internal clients and an ADP ambassador for the audience outside ADP.
* Empathic. You are a considerate and people-oriented person. You’ll consider candidates and interviewing scenarios, and act accordingly setting the appropriate expectations and presenting valuable feedback when needed.
