An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Support Worker to work in an exceptional care home based in the Lowestoft, Suffolk area. You will be working for one of UKs leading healthcare providers.
This is a modern, luxury, well equipped care home providing the highest standards of care and support in a very homely and comfortable environment.
To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
As a Support Worker Your Key Duties Include
* Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents.
* Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship.
* Encourage independence, well-being and support vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities.
* Ensure accurate record keeping at all times.
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for this position:
* Have a genuine desire to care for others.
* A good team player.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Able to show a can-do attitude always.
Benefits
The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of GBP13.45 per hour and the annual salary is GBP25,178.40 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 36 hours a week on days.
