* 10+ years of experience as Business Analyst
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the new software platform.
* Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for the development team.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and testers, to ensure the platform meets business requirements.
* Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
* Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
* Develop user stories, process flows, wireframes, and mockups to support development efforts.
* Conduct gap analysis between current processes and future-state workflows enabled by the platform.
* Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by defining test cases, coordinating testing efforts, and ensuring defects are resolved.
* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
* Any Dynamics certification is a must. Any Cloud Certification would be preferred.

Primary Skills

* Working knowledge of CRM / contact centre processes space, not necessary Dynamics 365 knowledge
* Working knowledge of IT architecture, data model, business modelling
* Awareness of application rationalisation approaches for their legacy apps (light touch only at this stage)

* Ability to collect, evaluate and interpret information from multiple sources to identify and differentiate real user needs
* Strong analytical and reasoning abilities
* Ability to develop and maintain effective internal/external relationships at different levels within the organisation
* Someknowledge of application technologies and how best to exploit their use for business benefit
* Ability to prioritise and execute tasks in a dynamicand changing environment
* Strong organisationalskills
* Possess a strong sense of purpose and proactively seek responsibility and ownership
* Creativity and lateralthinking
* Highly motivated and self-reliant with a personal drive for continuous development and able to demonstrate a strong customer service ethos, as well as a source of knowledge for others.
* Ensure that User Acceptance Testing takes place for all deliverables and support any associated testing activities
* Support the delivery of suitable solutions which meet business requirements
* Use the appropriate elicitation techniques such as interviewing stakeholders, facilitating workshops, conducting surveys to capture requirements accurately
* Carry outBusiness Analysis activities on one or morechangeinitiatives, delivering requirements specifications capable of being used to develop IT based services (bespoke software solutions, third party products and cloud-based solutions);
* Translating business needs into specific requirements including UI design; Data models; Business procedural changes and Interface designs
* Ensure thorough use of the Requirements Engineering model including elicitation, analysis, validation, documentation, and traceability of requirements
