We’re seeking an exceptional Solutions Director (Healthcare) to lead retention and growth initiatives across our healthcare division. This is a pivotal role focused on strengthening long‑term partnerships, elevating customer satisfaction, and driving top‑line sales performance.
Job Description
As the Solutions Director, you will work closely with the Divisional Director to shape retention and organic growth strategies that align with the wider commercial direction. You’ll collaborate across operational, commercial, and support functions to identify opportunities that reinforce our WIN, KEEP & GROW approach, ensuring we remain the preferred long‑term partner for our healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead retention activities across the healthcare division, delivering robust strategic retention and off‑market initiatives.
* Support the achievement of top‑line sales targets with a strong focus on retention and organic account growth.
* Influence client engagement plans in alignment with WIN, KEEP & GROW priorities.
* Drive the effective use and implementation of commercial tools, processes, and governance standards.
* Contribute to solution development, bidding strategies, and customer engagement throughout the commercial lifecycle.
* Lead, motivate, and coordinate subject matter experts and support teams throughout the retention and solutions process.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience of leading large, complex FM healthcare focused contracts.
* Proven track record in account retention, including solution development, negotiation, and formal tender processes.
* Experience driving service growth, innovation, and customer‑centred improvements.
* Strategic thinker with strong influencing skills and a collaborative approach.
* Decisive, action‑oriented, and able to balance multiple stakeholder needs.
* Strong problem‑solving capabilities with the ability to deliver measurable results.
* Demonstrates key leadership competencies including strategic mindset, commercial and financial acumen, customer focus, collaboration, and high‑level communication skills.
* Must hold a full UK driving licence, as the role involves travel between sites.
