About the Role
As Maintenance Manager, this key leadership role will see you lead and manage our on-site maintenance team to improve the performance of our machines, health & safety, and as part of the leadership team, act as their subject matter expert for all things technical at the plant.With a focus on strategy, youll be developing short, medium, and long-term plans for the site from a technical perspective to enable us to innovate, to continuously improve and to reduce costs.
