What you will bring to the role:
* Previous experience of being a Kitchen Porter within a premium restaurant/hotel
* Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
* Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items.
* Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling and chopping vegetables1.
* Ensure that the kitchen is clean and organised at all times.
* Dispose of kitchen waste and recycling properly.
* Assist with receiving and storing deliveries of food and supplies.
* Required Basic English knowledge
* Support the kitchen team in maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
