The successful Assistant Trainee Project Manager will be expected to:

Purpose of the Role:
The purpose of the Assistant Trainee Project Manager is to support the director and project managers by learning how projects are delivered while gaining both site and office experience. This includes working closely with senior staff and supporting key administrative and planning functions to ensure smooth project delivery.
Job Specifics:

Supporting administration for project tenders and submissions, including compiling and reviewing necessary documentation
*
Keeping internal systems and project databases up to date with all relevant information
*
Assisting in client engagement, both via telephone and face-to-face interactions
*
Attending meetings with directors and contributing to follow-up actions and reviews
*
Supporting project managers with tasks such as risk assessments, contract administration, and project scheduling
*
Ideally hold a full UK driving licence or be actively working toward this
