We are recruiting a Head Occupational Therapist for acute inpatient and crisis services at Kingfisher Court, Radlett, Herts. The role will oversee adult treatment wards and the Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). It is based in Radlett and requires travel across the county, so a valid driving licence and the use of a car, moped, or motorbike (unless a disability prevents driving) is essential.
Essential qualifications and experience include a background in acute inpatient and crisis occupational therapy, evidenced leadership experience, and knowledge of restrictive practice, trauma‑informed care, or related areas. A valid driving licence and the ability to travel by road are required unless a disability under the Equality Act 2010 prevents driving.
