SEN Teaching Assistant – Level 2 1:1 Job Start Date: January 2026 Contract Term: Fixed Term until July 2026 Salary: NJC Scale Points 7- 10, £16,282 - £17,354 Actual Salary per annum 27 hours 30 minutes per week We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our happy and successful school to work 1:1 with a named child. You will need to be creative and understand in particular how neurodivergent children learn and be able to form excellent relationships with the pupil, parents and colleagues.
