As an Operations Manager you'll provide overall leadership for the Provide overall leadership for the Area Managers (repairs or service) and Technicians s including EH&S. Manage above teams in efficient and safe resource allocation and delivery of excellent Customer Experience.
Daily responsibilities:
* Engage, coach and mentor the team of managers. Connecting with them to ensure that KPI's are achieved and to understand frustrations, problems and issues coming through from the field.
* Mentor service area managers around customer escalations and how best to engage with a team a field based mechanics/engineers.
* Be the face of the business, able to communicate professionally with customers, putting them at the heart of what we do.
* Support with P&L management, able to direct your team to ensure maximum revenue generation.
