Manage office administration and maintain excellent service standards for staff, customers, and visitors. Prepare professional reports, documents, and proposals for senior staff, offering advice and assistance when required. Support the organisation and administration of training and development programmes - including e-learning, face-to-face sessions, and other professional growth opportunities. Maintain accurate records, collate training statistics, and assist in the preparation of departmental reports. Provide guidance to managers and staff on all training and development matters. Support the department's commitment to personal development, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Contribute to Investors in People (IIP) initiatives and other quality improvement programmes.
