Solution Architect - Cloud & Digital Transformation | Manchester (Hybrid)
A global financial services leader is seeking a Solution Architect to design and deliver secure, scalable cloud and digital transformation solutions. This is a permanent, hybrid role (3 days per week in Manchester) and pays up to £80,000 with bonus, pension and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and document end-to-end architectures for large-scale cloud and digital programmes.
Lead technical design and governance to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Collaborate with engineering, DevOps and business teams to validate and deliver modern, cloud-native solutions.
Define and enforce technical standards, patterns, and best practices.
Key Skills:
Proven experience as a Solution Architect on cloud transformation initiatives.
Deep knowledge of Azure, APIs, microservices and integration patterns.
Strong understanding of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and modelling techniques (UML, BPMN, ArchiMate).
Practical experience with DevOps, CI/CD and security architecture.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
